Yes, they are still in business.

Bolink body molds were also bought in part by Windtunnel R/C, Roy Anderson Engineering and Mr. Lexan (Jay) also owns some of the original Bolink body molds. The body molds really went all over the place. The truth is, Bolink was sold to a lot of different people by Steve Rule, AND it is still being run under new ownership. You can still buy the Legends cars and the Mustang body directly from Bolink, or your local hobby shop should be able to get them through the proper distribution channels.

I'm not an authority on what exactly happened to BoLink but this is how I understand it. After the company "closed" its products/inventory was spread to the wind. RJ Speed bought some of it, some of it was sold off through eBay and to others, and someone else bought the name and whatever was left over. Whoever bought the name doesn't seem to be doing much with it.

Edit: Eau Rouge beat me to it.

Another tidbit... RJ Speed (Rick Jordan) used to work for Bolink and was one of the main body designers there.

I regret having traded my DS cars back when I was trying to catch the new crop of touring cars back when, but I remember well the search for bodies that fit (the original Mustang was the only one I liked.) What I found was that the super speedway (narrow) oval bodies fit well. The DS has a slightly longer wheelbase than touring cars and most touring shells have clearly defined wheel arches. The SS oval bodies usually had a defined front wheel arch and the rear side panels were smooth and open to interpretation. I don't know what oval bodies are like today, but Protoform made ones that fit nicely when the DS was new.

PS: I'd also look at McAllister. He makes a number of interesting shells that might work on your DS:
