*****update********
i didn't have gt rear arm carriers in 0 toe so i had to use 3 deg "way to much toe" and to fix that i used gt2 rear hubs that are 1.5 toe and swapped them side to side, they use a 1/2x3/16 bearing on the outside and a 3/8 on the inside, they stick out much further than the rpm carriers so i used a set of b44 rear cva's to correct that. now i have a wider stance and 1.5 deg of toe!!! i did have to do a lil bit of sanding to the carrier since the width is a few thousands to big, also gt2's hinge pins are a lil smaller so a 1/8 drill bit solved that..
Greg, I just though tof this, but you did turn you diff the correct direction inside the case?-when in mid motor
the adjuster side of the diff needs to be on the same side as the input shaft, otherwise your diff will loosen it self as you run

Long time lurker, first time poster, finally joining in with an RC10 late model build. Google introduced me to RC10Talk.com about a year ago, after a suggestion made to me by my cousin that we needed to go buy ourselves some RC heli's got me...

Yup. Losi tires/wheels too. Has Kyosho Golds, Tecnacraft turnbuckles up front, and 3/4 of a set of white Andy's arms. What I don't know is who made the front shock tower...it's shaped like an early RC10 tower but it's thicker fiberglass, it's...
Hey guys, I finally finished this car! I wanted to give it my custom flavor, but keep it as correct as possible, and come up with a '80's era paint scheme, I think I pulled it off nicely...
replaced all the black hardware and the turnbuckle...

Glad it arrived safely!
I can do another body exactly (or better) like that one if you are interested, just let me know.
I can also do just about any other paint scheme you may be interested in.
P.S. keep a lookout for my next Edinger in a few...
Local carpet track started a oval day. A group of us have some older sedans and decided to do a Late model class. I have a couple of 4 tecs hanging around so I thought I would start another build...
the concept - build a modern track capable truck based on the LS2 chassis thats actually competitive, tall order i know  .. anyway not much of the bling in the photo will be utilized .. weight and function is the goal on this build there will...
Hello, Some of you have probably seen the ARP mid motor kit that I reproduced. This kit has inspired me to make my own chassis design. This one is an 8 cell design with custom parts. I designed the wing mounts, wing, bumper, and chassis with battery...

Some how I never saw this post Phin. Wow that car in the add is shockingly similar. The future versions of this chassis will be for Lipo cells and will have braces from the front of the nose that connect to the chassis for added front end stability.
Guys, I am not sure if this is the right spot for this or not, if it is not a mod can please move it.
Anyway my local track just put in a dirt oval and the two classes that look like they may be big will both be based on short course trucks. They...

Yea, that's the right motor. Can't beat 'em for the price! I don't know of anywhere else that sells them. For gearing, 17.5's seem to like a really small spur with a big pinion. I haven't run one in my SC10B but run 81/30 in my gold pan and it could...
