Dakar type body for SCT

Does anyone know who makes/made this Dakar buggy body. It looks to be based off the Schlesser Dakar buggy.

The body is from a 2001 CEN Fun Factor Rally car named the Buggy Schlesser.

Today I received an Associated RC250 Club Racer via UPS even though i promised myself i wouldn't get any more cars :roll: .

I couldn't help myself. It is a cool looking sample, especially considering the age, just needing a few items to get it...

Is it worth buying a 22sct 2.0 or buying a used upgraded 22sct? Just trying to weigh my options and narrow it down .

I have the version 1 and it is the most fun to drive truck,outta all of the trucks I've owned.
The 2.0 should be even better,there's some nice upgrades that come with it.

Hey guys, normally I am over on the Losi board, but I have a few Traxxas cars in the stable. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it's as simple as I think it is to convert my E-Revo to a short course truck.

I have a XX sitting quietly on the shelf. It hasn't been run in about 15 years although it is perfectly mechanically sound. Although I could install electronics in it and go racing again I find myself having much more fun with my RC10 and JRX2 cars...

So I wasn't initially enamored with the 1/10 SCTs, but over time, I sorta got interested, then finally bought one in October (Associated Prolite 4x4). Seemed like a pretty tough truck at first, but what I've found to hold true with it and other 1/10...

I have the Xerun 150 in my Tamiya truggy, and I agree-they are fantastic. It's pushing a Beeman 2150KV sensored can with a 16T pinion on 4S, have about a 45 MPH...
