My baby
Here's my baby. My favorite R/C car I've ever owned. I bought it about 4 or 5 years ago off of ebay, rtr. It's about 98% mint. I have run it, but it has since been retired to shelf duty. It's totally stock, except the aluminum wheel halves and aluminum wing. I have the wiper control for it, but have put a Novak T4 in it, as that's more than likely what I'd have run if I had this car back in the day. The paint job is pretty much exactly what I'd have run back then. It's based on Harry Gant's #33 Skoal Bandit Oldsmobile Nascar from the mid-late 80's. My favorite racer back then. I'm thinking of giving this buggy a new body, mostly green with some small white stripes, like Gant's 85 Monte Carlo.
Here's the body off shot. I need to put my Novak reciever back in. The T-4 is also mint, complete with pot plugs. I made an adapter for the Tamiya plug to run my Deans plug batteries. Got the Associated 05 in back too.

Thanks guys.
scr8p, I've got those, but the white nylon just doesn't look nice on the aluminum wheels. That's why I dyed the backs black. Plus, one of the times I actually ran the car I hit a garbage can, and it pulled the front knockoff right off, sending the wheel down the block. I never did find one of the bearings. I try to build my cars as they would be run. Those knockoffs are sitting safely in my small parts containers.
