i love my lhs

i ran to my lhs to get some ball studs, and the manager says, "jay, i found something for ya". so i say "what'd ya find"? he procedes to pull 3 nip black stealth motor plates out from under the counter. needless to say, my jaw dropped. so then i asked, "did you find any other stuff"? he said, "why yes i did, but the other stuff in a box in the back room, and i'll have to dig it out for ya". apparently, he's been putting old stuff aside for me, and had just come across the motor plates today. being as though it was christmas eve, they were real busy, everyone getting last minute stuff. so i told him i'd come back some other time for that stuff. so anyway, he gave them to me at 1/2 price, so i walked out of there with the 3 motor plate for $9.00. i can't wait to see what else he found.

god i love that place.

$9 for three, not bad at all. I now have 4 chassis's and 4 nose plates but no motor plates .
