Release date in the UK is looking like 21st December. I haven't pre-ordered, but I'm going to try and get one to build over Christmas. I already got a set of VQS shocks to go on it...

What makes you say this? How does this tranny compare to a let’s say B4 Stealth?

The whole car looks nice, except for the colors, just not my taste. I would like to see a WOIN build of this car, or even a mid conversion.

What I don’t like about Tamiya cars is the use of PC-ABS plastic. I am aware of PC-ABS capabilities, but compared to nylon plastic it always gives me a “cheap” feeling.

I have too many un- started RC projects in my garage, I can and will not add this one, even if it’s one of the nicer Tamiyas.

Oh yeah here in Germany one shop has it listed for €220 for pre-order.

here

Other places are at €240

I've been anxiously awaiting this since it was announced. It sounded like kits were being delayed, but to my surprise, they popped into stock at Amain this evening if anyone was waiting to grab one. It's been a busy (and expensive) month or two with all of the re-release kits coming out.

I'd love one, but yet again, the 1:1 scale cars say no

Those 1:1 cars are awfully grabby with any extra cash.
