So I’m going to try and put a Hydra-Drive together. I’ve had a look through all the threads I can find but I can’t find a rebuild thread.
I’ve found the instructions thanks to links from the site.
Up to this point I have only found this part, fortunately it’s the main bit. I’m sure I have the rest somewhere in the darkest recesses of the loft, so this could be a long running thread with slow progress.

Re: Hydra-Drive
A Hydra-drive rebuild kit replaces everything except the housing and bearing inside. Pretty much a straight disassemble, replace parts and reassemble procedure.

Re: Hydra-Drive
Looks good, I wouldnt look for a rebuild kit because that only has the pieces you have already. You need the thrust bearing/washer and spring with the plastic spring housing. The good thing is the thrust bearing is easily available on ebay but the spring is specific silver color. Youll also need back plates with slipper pad.
Ill see if i can get part numbers.

I think I may have all the parts and whilst the instructions are a good starter photos of the each part would be better to help me id them in my parts pile which is why I was searching for a build thread.
