RC10 Stealth Transmission - All Aluminum / Ceramic Balls / Bearings

I am setting out to build the highest end RC10 Stealth Transmission available.

This will be entirely aluminum with the case, gears, spur gear all aluminum and ceramic balls and bearings. Vented V2 slipper pads.

Sounds awesome but me thinks she's gonna be heavy. :wink:
... but incredibly strong as well. 8)
Are you going with standard AE outdrives?

The Dhawk case is nice but there are others out there that have tighter tolerances

I appreciate the input. I am hoping or willing to sacrifice a bit of weight IF I can get better performance. Questions?

1. Does anyone have any experience running an all aluminum/ceramic stealth?

2. Where can I buy/find aluminum other cases and gears other than Dhawk?

The issue with aluminum cases is that the Dhawk is the only one available. Better ones from golden years, Rogue Elements, and Walt’s are not available anymore and the only way to get one is if you get lucky.
