Anybody know anything about these titan esc's I can't seem to find anything on them?

I am pretty sure it's a Tekin mfg'ed esc. Sort of like Novak did for Duratrax with that blue T-4.

is there any kind of year or anything on the packaging?

I think it looks like a Tekin ESC also, but who knows. if it was open you could snap some pics of the PCB, and there are clues in that as to who might have manufactured it.
