Next was the realisation that the standard spur was likely to be too large, but a B4 conversion could be achieved. Once I tore that apart I realised the internals could use some love, so thanks to oldrc.com (Sabula tech) the whole tranny got updated to the shiny stuff. Last but not least, a body from amain, and a custom paint from one of the local pro's. 2.2s went on with aka rebars, 10$ esc from hobbyking and an unused Tamiya Mabuchi went in and I debuted it at my local almost 12 months after I originally purchased it. The end result was a brushed stock car that is only 1 lap slower on our track than my B5 running a D4 Trinity!! And it drives beautifully! Thanks again! Enjoy.
