American Racing Models 1/16 NASCAR cleanup
Still haven't figured out who made it,(edit....Phin figured it out! American Racing Models- scroll for the rcca review) unless the American Racing sticker is correct. The battery was reheat shrinked, wires cleaned up, and just all around fixed up the hardware. It's a killer looking car, I want to know more about it! The way the front end adjusts and the rear three link rides on foam really impress me with their ingenuity

Re: "unknown 1/18" clean up
You said you asked Bud Bartos but have you tried asking Bob Stormer?
Also the motor isn't on the side that you'd expect it to be on.

Good advice, I hit up Bob and he also has never seen one! I have a Facebook friend of a friend that thinks their friend may know lol. We will see if that pans out

Nice find and rather cool looking chassis layout. They kind of remind of the old BRP racers from back in the day and new ones still available, but in 1/18th scale. I wonder if the tires would work on this one so you could run it with out running the original ones.
