Topcat front shock mounts......
Hi, About the small hooked inboard shock anchor/mounts for the Topcat front shocks.
Are these impossible to find or do you all know something I dont??? Is there an alternative?

I think it must be the T216 you're looking for. It's not in the 742 Narrow track bag. And yes they're a bit hard to come by, effort and time will bring you there if you're out of luck.
Re: Topcat front shock mounts......
Sorry yep, it's the T216 bits. Somebody suggested using standard shock standoffs, guess I'll give that a try!

I am still on the look out for standard mounting - it would be worth getting it modelled up and 3D printed.
Re: Topcat front shock mounts......
I am sure I have one somewhere in my box of Topcat bits. I'll have a look.

Funny, when RCCA did their review their kit was missing the front shock mounts too, they bent up some bolts lol.

Thanks guys. I'm told using shock stand offs was actually preferred as the original mounts tended to break?
8rad, any joy finding one at all? It'd be good to at least see one properly

Not threaded. It used the Schuey self tappers.

Apologies for dragging up an old, dead thread, but when I saw this thread when it first came out, I knew I had some of these T216 parts somewhere.... only took me nearly four months to find them, but I did! Unfortunately, they're just about all I have of a TopCat front end!
