61 impala gasser build

so far just a box of parts. had fun with the 57 nomad gasser so i though i'd do anther one. iam going with the narrow tamiya semi rear end and will try to tuck the slicks inside the body on this one.

on this one i went with the 6 carb setup with the large scoop. still have to wire up the motor. since this motor sits inside the frame rails not going to have front shocks on this gasser since the motor/headers will be in the way of the shock mounts.

way cool man, looks sweet, the scale parts really loo the part, am glad you using those parts and putting them to good use on a functional RC.

i have a taser build in the pipe lines too, a chevy bell air 1950s. have the 1/10 hard body, took engine and scoop from a mustang hot wheels toy and the rest, I will have to make, the rails, diff and the front droop axle. thats something in the future, love the gassers and hotrods, will do something inbettwen the 2 in this gasser build

frt tires are tamiya sand scorcher with hpi wheels i narrowed. rear wheels/tires are from the 1/8 lindberg dragster kit. thanks
