I've always wanted to build this, and while I've been collecting parts for 7 years (off, and on) I'm far away from even putting two bricks together. Thought I would share this with you guys.

I've been secretly building this one behind the scenes. It's finally complete. I won't bore with costs, but pieces needed to come from 10 different countries.

I believe the Lego motor was based off of this Hartley H1 V8 engine. I cant be sure tho....

I'm thinking about building a Lego RC10, just having a hard time figuring out how to go about the chassis, while trying to make it look correct. Stealth, and motor plate is another issue, but the rest seems like it will work!

I grew up on legos. I credit them for helping develop my creativity and building skills. I remember my first set was a fire engine back in like '82. My sister and I had a ton of street plates and used to make serious lego lands rivaling what was in their ads. I still have them all too. Im talking 1000's of legos. Seeing this makes me wanna pull them out and build something.

That V8 is sweet and I bet a blast to build. I always amazed at what can be built with legos. This is my masterpiece



built this around 10 years ago, I grew up on legos and had and unfinished room over the garage set up with all the 1980's town sets, train, castle and boat sets. it was set up on 4 doors on sawhorses, I had a chicken wire and paper mache mountain and lake with waterfall. Eventually my dad turned the room into an office and the legos got broke down into their boxes, later I dumped them into a pile and built a 6ft long aircraft carrier. I also built the first generation mech at this time. the carrier eventually got taken apart and put into a big bin. I was a huge robotech fan and later got into gundam. I decided to refine my mech and build another and so this creation was born. I have another built upon the same basic chassis design but it is only about 85% done and boxed up. This was created without kragle or instructions. It is fully articulated and can stand on its own by locking its joints with pins. my original intention was to build 4 of different styles and color. I also still need to armor and weaponize it.
