I recently bought the tamiya adapter for rear and front wheels but I realized that it only works on the rear. Is there any way to fit regular wheels on front side of the frog?? Please help!

What do you mean by "regular"? What tires/wheels are you trying to fit? Pics might help here.

No, 12mm hex at front is only normal for 4WDs.

2WDs usually use the fixed axle and bearings in the wheels -you can fit Wild1/Fox wheels etc

There are some 3rd party adaptors that held the bearings and you could bolt on
front wheels from Hotshot (triangle 3spot hub)

Sorry I was talking about 12mm hex sized wheels. so Im thinking about getting http://www.ebay.com/itm/221244470523wheels but I dont know which tires I should get.

Wouldn't the Fox/Wild One wheels fit? They're a larger diameter than the standard Frog wheels. I'm pretty sure you can get adapters for the rear wheels to fit.

Any SRB (Sand Scorcher, Rough Rider, Ford Ranger) incl. the re-re's will fit. As will the Fox/Novafox wheels.

SRBs use the 5-slice piedish that's like on Frog already.

Wild1/Fox need the 4-stud adaptor from the WildOne.
(Wild1 wheels are 2" rear, 2.2" front. Gives better ground clearance and makes Frog handle much better IMHO)

Any DT02 wheel set will fit once you've put on 12mm hex adaptor at rear.
