RC10GT Gold Tribute to Gene Husting
I purchased this chassis from DHood a few weeks ago, and decided to use it for a tribute to honor the late Gene Husting. In addition to the gold chassis, it has RC10 nose brace tubes, Gold Shocks, Gold OS Heatsink and RC10 Knockoffs. I would love to get a vintage paint job done on it someday. Let me know of any other ideas of how to improve it.
Thanks, Limestang

Re: RC10GT Gold Tribute to Gene Husting
Good call on the heat sink. I debated when I installed it, but it does look like most everyone else faces it forward.
I'm also thinking of changing the shock caps to gold. Any other ideas? Decals? Paint Schemes?
Thanks, Limestang

The head is mounted correctly for a transverse application like the gt.

x2. the way the head is on is the correct way to actually use that head and am glad to see it on correctly for oncejustinspeed79 wrote:The head is mounted correctly for a transverse application like the gt.

I like the gold and white in gt form...stands out nicely.
