Vintage RC10 Parts Trying to figure out what they are

Post by Team KNK »

I have some vintage RC stuff and I am trying to find out some information on them. I have been messing with RC since 1986. Pictured is a WIDE nose plate conversion on a RC10 Gold Pan. Any idea who made it? Also pictured is a swing arm car. Trying to find out more information on it as well. Last but not least is a Belt drive transmission. If anyone can tell me anything about the stuff I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Mike

Wide nose is Hot Trick, usually in red but also sold in gold and black

Trans is a lethal weapon

The trailing arms look a lot like MIP. If they aren't then perhaps they are home made clones?

I believe the transmission is A&L Lethal Weapon. They still sell parts: www.vintageteamaandl.com

The bearing adapters, and arm pivot/mounts don't look like the one's MIP or Bullet sold...and I don't remember either of them having aluminum arm versions.

Shock tower doesn't look like the one you got with the MIP or Bullet kit either....looks like an A&L trailing arm tower.

Front shocks are Trinity.

I was going to say BRP, but the RCCA article shows something similar but different.
