Clod Buster hardware question

Post by harry697 »

I have an old original Clod here that I recently found some interest in running. Problem is, 3 out of the 4 rear shocks fell off at the top mount. The screws and nuts are no big deal. What I'm looking for is those little bushings that go inside the shock cap eyelet. I looked on ebay and found screw bags for the truck, but I can't tell which, if any, have those little metal shock bushings in them.

Any help on locating these would be greatly appreciated!

You are looking for part BM2. Eight of them come in the metal parts bag.

Thank you sirs! Exactly what I needed.

I haven't ran a Clod since back in the early 90's. I forgot how much fun it is! It's just plain chaos with those big tires and friction shocks. I have a dirt lot near me that was just cleared. Lots of ruts and bumps from the back hoe. Perfect terrain for this thing. You just kinda point the truck and see where it ends up. Once you hit the first bump, it's pretty much out of your control as to what happens from that point.
