I was big into rc during the 148 era, up till the 3000 series. There were never any transparent case servos by Futaba at least on the retail side that were imported. Probably promos.

There were other clear case servos just not Futaba unless it was maybe a Japan only market.
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

they are cool ive got a 148 in my rc10 it would be cool if it was clear .. i wonder if they made clear recevers too

My Hitec Shredder is clear lol! There were a few clear ones but again no futaba

Cirrus produced servos with clear cases.... I got a handful of them and some spare bits a few years ago.

I saw these Futabas last night in person, the quality on them is top notch (now all I have to do is convince him to sell me one) :P

Very cool! Those would look killer with a Shredder.

I've used S148's since I raced as a kid and still have some in my current cars.
