Magnum 8 1/8 scale onroad electric???

Post by scootmike »

Anybody heard of a Magnum 8 ? Think it is the red car in the pic, manual is in the other pic.
It looks 1/8 scale compared to the King Cab.
Got one coming never heard of it, haven't found anything on google.
Thanks for any info.
Mike

Got the car today, it is an 1/8 scale electric Magnum 8 made by Advance Engineering, the same company that made Mini Mags.
Pretty cool design, will load pics when i get a chance.
Anybody ever hear about or run one?

I have seen that rear suspension setup before. Was it related to sassy chassis? Or???

Added a scan of the assembly manual to the scans section.
Will also add a scan of the product catalog when I get a chance.
They made some pretty cool stuff back then.

Magnum 8 was one of the first 1/8 electric cars. But not the first one.
