I think the "Helping hand" is what I need for assistance in soldering... I try to hold a motor, a wire, a soldering iron, all in one hand, and it doesn't work... Heh... Maybe then I can move on from my $4 soldering iron to something a little more... usable.

I really need to get myself one of these soldering stations. Its just one of those purchases that when you have the money, you're more apt to spend it on something else.

I bet it will make a big difference in your soldering. I know mine did.

They sure are great. I bought a Hakko 926 awhile back, along with the third hand. No Mag glass, but thats ok.

Sure did make a difference. Nice station you have there. Looks good!
