Whats up with this paint. Thin coats with the airbrush drying with a heat gun between coats. The paint is pealing up with the tape after two coats. Peel when wet or score with the #11 blade ? Any help?

i use the orange on my builds and hate it. yet for some reason i keep using it. i always score the edge of the paint next to the tape before pulling off the tape. this help prevent the paint from pealing. also i have found even with using a heat gun to help dry to take time and wait until the next day to peal the tape. most of the time i can't bring myself to wait that long though.

I try VERY hard to paint flourescents last, not only does it eliminate the mask issues, but when you back it with white the whole body can get a nice white interior coat. I know that preparing the colors in the right order is sometimes impossible, we just have to do our best.

A tip when using water based paint----air flow helps more then heat to dry this paint. If its cold out you will have to add heat but remember the air flow!
