U-G-L-Y. Your RC10 Ain't Got No Alibi. It's Ugly!!

Post by Toaster »

So I was cracking up to myself the other day while building what might actually be the most hideous RC10 ever seen from parts acquired over the last couple of months...everything has been drilled out, had glue splattered on it, rusted everything...beyond saving actually....which got me thinking....

What is the ugliest RC10 you have ever seen? built? bought? I will be posting some pictures of my Project UGLY, but in the meantime, check out my latest ePay win, until I took a better look at the tranny, it almost won outright!

P.S. Are those Optima/Ultima Shocks on the back? Where is that chassis from?

Forward Looking Statements - I seek safe harbour :P

...and for the record this was not intended to offend any previous owners, the car below is going to come in quite handy considering the MIP tranny and the Andy's arms
I come for the RC10's but stay for the Yokomo's :P

1994 Yokomo Box-Art

Sorry scr8p, had no idea you were bidding, still getting use to peoples epay account names...if it makes you feel any better I got hooped on the shipping charges, twice the buying price ugggg....

The chassis on this car is actually pretty interesting, definitely has all the standard holes but will post more pictures of it this evening...the MIP is usable but not good enough for a queen...the litespeed will have to be buffed, a bit chopped up :(

is that a CC chassis with battery slots? I was watching that auction also, glad I didnt drop a bid on it. Even though I wanted the MIP for an A&L project I have been brewing.

yep ultima ( or almost any of the other kyosho cars of the time) shocks.

Those BBS wheel apdaptors are a cool thing to have.
I hope you're not gonna toss the parts you don't need ?
I see a cool hotrod with a parma shell for example

Hahaha, I was watching this too! Really interesting chassis, it looks to have a 'Wide foot' style front end!

Isn't it one of these agitator chassis as in the scan section?
