Removing broken sway bar ball studs?

The ball studs that hold the front sway bar on my RC10 have broken off leaving the threaded part inside the front A arms . Any good tips or tricks to get the pieces inside the A arm out without ruining the arms? Also, provided I can get them out, what is the part number for the ball studs? I have the edinger manual but it lacks all the part numbers for the screws.

Thanks in advance.

Bump!

Does anyone know the part number for the correct balls studs for the front sway bar on a gold pan?

Dubro 2/56 ball studs will work. I just used parts out of the two listed to make a complete sway bar set up.
