Brandon's JRX Pro Bodies

Post by SoloGraphix »

I figured we could all house them in one spot as we get them mounted and painted up, so Brandon can see the fruits of his labor. I just got mine done, and hoping to have the rest of the car together so we can get enough vintage cars to run the class at our big end of year event (that happens 2 weeks before the season actually ends LOL).

Anyways, here is mine. A modern take on a vintage box art paint scheme. The car is a Pro SE originally, which I exchanged the tub chassis for a graphite one, no 4 link though, I have the H arms on there.

the front is supposed to be neon yellow isnt it, i always see people "mimic" the box art and they do a flat yellow, but looking at the wheels in the picture which are neon yellow, they are the same color as the body, which i guess they cant silk screen neon colors, makes sense. Nice Job!

Mine is most certainly Flouro Yellow, I just can't take a pic good enough to show it.

Nice! Being a painter myself, I know getting the stripes just right can be a challenge. :)
