Race Tech camber/toe gauge instructions request

I got this camber/toe gauge a while back in a lot from craigslist. it didn’t come with any instructions and I’m a bit puzzled on just how it works. If anyone has used one of these before or would know where I could find a manual, I would really appreciate the help.

Perfect! Thank you very much, I guess im only missing two bushings but I think the two I have will get the job done. I diddnt realize this came out when the xx was around. Probably why I couldn't find any info about it when I googled it
