after a while I completed my Team Truck. This is the first RC10 of any kind I restored, so bear with me here as I always have 10 cars in the works, plus at least 3 runners (10th 2wd mod, 10th DTM EP, and 8th OR) to maintain in top shape for proper racing... and two kids... and a full time job... and a 2.5hrs/d commute time... and a wife who still doesn't understand after 12+yrs together that I won't let RC down... and... and... anyway, enough excuses, here's the car

I acquired it about 4yrs back I think, and it been run but gently I would say. It was in good shape but a bit of a hack job with mismatched bits'n bobs, some T4 suspension parts

After a proper restoration, here's what I ended up with. The only parts that are grossly wrong are traxxas shock collars (easily visible in the front) and wrong front springs. The rear wheels are a bit yellowish too, I had new front ones laying around, I was kindly offered some new rear ones by some friendly forum members, but even what eventually appeared to be a "fair" price looked a bit indecent to me, a non-hardcore Rc10 "amateur". I added some cool stuff on the car still, like a parma transmission brace, some rpm body mounts, and a couple of other things I probably forget about now. Someone painted the body (which is an original AE shell given to me by a friend in 1995 and that I had kept since!) for me last year, almost box-art but he missed the front red section

So here we go

Here's the parma composite brace:

CVD's - barely run it seems, no idea where the original UJ's are:

TBG gear cover - does the job for me

good shape overall!

I don't understand why RC10T's fetch such low prices on the market vs. buggies... but that's all good to me, as I have another very very fine all-white Team Truck in the works too
