California bound

Post by Ruffy »

I have to be in California (Camp Pendelton data gathering trip for work) on Jan 10-12th and will then stay until the 16th to visit Curtis Husting at Associated Electrics; and race at a few SoCal indoor tracks while I am there (Like OCRC Raceway) with my Gold-Tub RC10.
If you are from the SoCal area or near the areas I mentioned, please let me know of any tracks where the "fast racers" go. I know that OCRC Raceway races every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
:D

Also, if anyone knows what I have to do to travel safely with two LIPO batteries and today's TSA regulations, please let me know as soon as possible.

Have fun Ruffy, I grew up about 10 miles from Camp Pendleton. When I flew to the VONATS in '09 I didn't do anything special with my lipo's, it was strapped in my buggy in my checked luggage. Don't lock your luggage like I did, they cut my padlock off.

Aaaaahhhh crap! I'm about to get passed by that orange truck!
