Slipper part #'s for original JRX2 car

Hey all,

I've started working on my original JRX2 today. I'm Keeping it an all stock 5 link except I'm going to put on my slipper and hydra-drive unit...I'm not quite sure, I might be missing more parts that I don't know about. I think I have most of the parts butI know I'm missing the slipper shaft and primary gear. If my memory serves me from the ancient past, I remember the primary gear using a pin and e-clip to be attached to the slipper shaft as apposed to the stock brass primary gear being pressed on to a splined stock shaft. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

What I'm looking for is a list of part #'s for the slipper assembly and hydra-drive assembly. Any help, as always, is appreciated.
much thanks.
cheers.

Here's a link for the friction slipper instruction which has part #'s http://vintagelosi.com/Manuals_files/Friction_Slipper_A3110.pdf

then here's the instructions for the Hydra-drive http://vintagelosi.com/Manuals_files/HydraDrive_A3100.pdf

Hope this helps.

I'm looking at the instructions posted and I'm wondering if it's possible to just use the slipper shaft and gear and then for the rest of the slipper parts fit a double slipper from a modern XXX?

Details on the new XXX slipper on the old losi slipper/hydra shaft please. Was it a direct fit?

I'm guessing that this was not an easy mod. I've searched but not seen a certain answer ... which transmission did you use, a retrofit or an LRM? Which topshaft?

I have a bunch of hydradrive, LRM, and retrofit parts, and I *believe you* when you say that the double slipper from the XXX can be used, but I'm not going to go and buy a bunch of XXX parts just to experiment ... I end up with too many bits hanging around that way!
