That must be the guy who out bids me on every auction. I don't mind collectors because I'm somewhat of a collector. But that is just hording. It's not even being displayed. It's just piled and stacked.

WTF x2. Everything is wrapped in saranwrap. I like collecting stuff but that is crazy.

Wow buying junk lots on eBay and putting it on a shelf
seems like he has a true love for the history and preservation of the hobby.

Re: rc10 collection video
Can you call stacks of crap a "collection"? A collection of crap maybe.
That boy needs to work on his video skills I couldn't even see half of what he was trying to show off.

Boy that dude sure likes plastic wrap, shakey camera work, Duratrax gas truck conversions, Days of Thunder and bad music!
I hang my head low when I think "wow that IS a lot of cars" and then I realize that I have about 4 times that STILL. LOL

Re: rc10 collection video
You should build em and then wrap em in saranwrap Gammacrush. Lets see all those pans in the storage bin..........
If things seem under control, you are just not going fast enough.

Re: rc10 collection video
how did you know they were mine haha. yeah i bought all these for reasons way too much to write about. i was going thru some stuff at the time, and buying rc10s just made me feel happy, and basically trading one bad habit for another. never really could build cool projects. i marvel at what some of you have done, I lurk around. hope to do it one day too when i have a career and stuff. i bought junkers because they were cheap and came with lots of extra stuff i could sell to make my money back. spending money on parts to "fix them" or "new parts" was way out of my league, thats what costs a lot. but i really do love the history behind rc10s. its hard for a dumb kid not to sell stuff when hes hard up for cash. yeah i delivered pizza for 2-3 years and spent most of it on these. ended up killing my car- a loose starter wire caused an electrical fire. no job= no new RC stuff for '09 '10. i worked a lot and basically spent most of my time in a 10x30 24 hour storage place that i had set up really really cool. Now, luckily i live with my supportive parents who allow me to go to school full time now. i just got into nursing school- thanks mom and dad the past year or two of school paid off. people i hang out with dont care much for my "hobby room", they don't get it, dont know much about it. of course i could sell stuff, but it would be hard to pry some of this from my fingers a couple years ago. some of you know- wouldn't do it then, rarely do it now. i dont think i sell much compared to a lot of other people. i just really like the look of an rc10, and the whole story behind it- the ifmar races, the controversial stealth car, team moo. but, this was consuming my life. thats why i disappeared for a while. i had to just stop everything cold turkey. i cant even walk comfortably in my room. my girlfriend puts up with it. all she has is a place to sit, im telling you its crazy stuff.. but now i have a Z car that has been starting to catch my attention lately and my dad likes that a whole lot more than these. A real interesting time in my life. Not crying about it, it was freakin' fun.
some time in '08 early '09? futon bed off to the right. my car parked in front of all this. worst thing about it- no bathroom. i had to drive to the gym for that.

its all in good fun guys! I just needed to hear some feedback good or bad from people who can relate on some level. I'm just really grateful things are going good with school, friends, and my parents now! oh and i try real hard to not get more stuff so its not me out bidding you!
