well my wife was wanting a truck so i picked a rc10t up for her a couple weeks ago. well it included the original skinny front 3 piece wheels and tires with it. so i showed he pics of cds's rc10t with the skinny fronts and she really liked the way it looked. but seeing she is planning to race it the hard compound tires just wouldn't cut it. i started searching and found a post on here that people talked about these jconcepts wheels but nobody had ordered any and they were just tossing around the idea of using then to replace the skinny fronts. well i just got them in today. so i figured i would post up some info. i will get weights later on and post them also.
wheels
diameter = same
width = the 3 piece wheels are a hair wider overall but tire mounting width = same
bearing size = same
axle width = same
offset/backspacing = same
tires
same size but nice soft modern compound

Re: J82 front wheels and tires
Hey thanks for the write up, I bought a J-82 body for my Rc10t4 but have not bought the wheels and tires yet.

Re: J82 front wheels and tires
I have these front wheels and tires too...and I thought they had a slightly smaller diameter. I am away at work, so I cant take a another look right now.
I would use the J82 wheels if I were going to build one too
