I've said it before, I'm not much on aluminum builds....but this thing is simply a masterpiece. There is something in the look of this thing, it's amazing. Great work!
Now let's anno it purple

Freaking cool Man!. Really stunning. It'd be interesting if you weighed it just for shock value. Could have estimate contest. My guess 9lbs 5oz. Are you going to run it (in a padded room)

Looks awesome! I agree with you on getting the wheels from Chris and soon. Those additions will be the icing on the cake!
For your servo, are you using rubber isolators? Some servos glitch really bad when mounted directly to metal or the antenna is against the servo lead.

Its the knock offs, not the wheels. I got some plastic proline ones on at moment.
I think the servo cant center properly. I saw some mixed results about people complaining it happens. The servo worked when I test it outside of the car. I got a new servo friday I might try swapping into place. For now I'm gonna fix the linkage. I got some occasional binding originally when I got the steering put in so I might grind down some of the rods a little. They are much easier to remove than the servo which requires removing the roll cage. I didnt mess with this before b/c I didnt know the best way to handle it. I finally got some really fine grit sanding drums for my dremel so i can grind it down and repolish smooth.

Looks killer!

I need to work on the steering, it barely works for some reason, maybe the servo crapped out but i hope not.
I'm guessing the weight is somewhat taxing on the servo

I think you'll need a servo with tons of torque to turn the wheels.

I just bought a brand new servo for another car. After i'm done showing off the car to the people who want to see it. I'll be taking the front end appart to grind down some rod ends and check the servo. It would suck to get a broke servo for my car.
