Trying to hold off posting pics until the steering is together - got to get some dye today to colour the 'natural' steering bell cranks.

Re: Jamin's Losi XXT-CR Graphite+ - Nearly there!
Just a little teaser....I need to finish the steering assembly (I have the dye now) but its mostly there. I'll get some better pics too, but for now, I hope you all like it as much as I do, I can't wait to get it beside my XX, they are gonna be one sweet pair!

Jamin,
You have to remove this wrong XXX style rear hubs to replace them by your right XX Cr set !

I used the CR ones on my XX so I don't have any left, I have a XX pivot block, once I find some more CR hubs I will swap them overkenooze wrote:Jamin,

Perfect!
Just one observation - I see that you are using the later (XXX era) top shock mount bushings on both your XX & XXT builds - Its a more secure fixing with the extra nut between the bush & the shock tower, but not original for these chassis'

Hehehe, good spot Dan! I've fitted them to my XX because they are easier to fit than the original which I really dont like.DerbyDan wrote:Perfect!![]()

On this truck I am actually using the Lunsford quick-tune mounts, which are very cool! So much so in fact I think I will get some for the XX!

Yes I spotted the two nut arrangement on the truck - are these still available from Lunsford?jamin wrote: Hehehe, good spot Dan! I've fitted them to my XX because they are easier to fit than the original which I really dont like.
