Could you glue some washers either side on the brake disk as a repair ?

Yes,but they would have to be super thin, only a few thousands to play with before it rubs the chassis on the back side and wont turn freely

I saw a video of it running and it looked and sounded great! I can't wait to drive it! I plan on seeing just how tough it is!

I know i said box art at the beginning, but for those watching this thread, any other color opinions on the body?

A nice top quality bright automotive metallic green or purple with clear coat might be classic looking.

Its a starndard lexan clear body, not like the midnight pumkin.

I know only a few are familiar with a Nitro Brute, and these people know what a joke the brake setup is.....well, i fixed that. Thanks to Spektrum for the ability to servo mix. Now when u apply the brakes, this arm (with a rubber boot) comes down off a 3rd servo and pushes on the clutch bell, totally adjustable to dial the brakes in perfectly. The throttle servo no longer moves in reverse either....offering a very free spinning drivetrain when the brakes are not applied.
