Its a std Reedy Ti Worlds motor so I don't think there is anything strange about it. X factory are helping me solve the problem, they really are good guys. :D

IMO maybe the best RC customer service ever :?: never tested, but friends of mine bought the kit and seem SO happy with it, though the driving manner should be changed and adapted to a totally different behaviour/feeling on the track... great conversion!

You could try checking if the distance from the top slot to the center lot is the same as the distance from the bottom slot to the center slot.
If the center slot (the one the bearing house is touching on the top is a little low in the plate, that would explain your problem.
