Re: End Of The Line YZ10
Awesome, looks just like the one Jon Leonard made for me for an event, except the team didnt use the shock on the top deck. Still im drooling, and brings back memories of winning with the YZ10 on its first outing (the day I was handed it). Easy to dial and drive. I understood why this car won the worlds in the hands of the master.

Re: End Of The Line YZ10
There're are so many different motormounts for this car.Team Best Performance wrote:The motor mount is a nice piece of equipment, didn't team Suzuki have a similar blue anodised part at the time?
Here's a picture of the team suzuki version: Beside this one, the standard yokomo and brians yokomo, I found the silver and red Phoenix ones and have 2 different blue anodised ones of unknown brand on my YR-4's.
The phoenix ones, and the unidentified ones have 2 slots for the moterscrews, in contradiction to the team suzuki and yokom original: 1 slot , 1 round hole. The 2 slots makes it easier to fit a wider range of pinions and spurs.

Re: End Of The Line YZ10
That's a lovely model and some excellent history
It is amazing to think the dear old YZ-10 managed to nearly make the 97 world championships as I remember those cars racing, in early form, back in the early 90s !! Wouldn't it be interesting to know whether in Masami's hands that car could have won the worlds in 97? I bet it wasn't a lot slower than it's successor

You bumped this for me because you know I need all those parts......Or I would just buy the car if allowed.
