I certainly do not mean to hijack this thread, but:

** I wonder if anyone has extra of the post-hooks that hold the battery cover down??? I have a similar chassis, it has the battery cover, but, is missing one of the hooks that the cover snaps on to...

Thanks for any help!

Finally got to work on this today. Although my rebuilds never look as good as you guys projects, I'm really happy how its turning out. I still have to change out the cvds, get a new steering setup and get a motor mount. So far so good!

I need a good set of turnbuckles for this. Would B3 turnbuckles fit on this?

Also, I'm curious as to what bodies you guys are using for the Ultra molded RC10? I had my heart set on a mirage reproduction, but I'm not sure if that body would fit. The front end is what concerns me. I looks like it might be too fat from the shocktower to where the battery starts...

I'm kinda bummed about that. If I use a pro se body it will look like a losi with white plastic.

Ok, so I do kinda dig the xcellorator body. From te comments I've read it looks pretty hard to get a hold of. Is anyone reproducing them? I didnt see any in Mr.Lexans thread.

Bearrickester has re-released a few and may have some left, and I have one if you can't locate one.

Just an update on this. Hopefully the body will be going off to the painter next week.

That is looking great! Did RPM make a set of shock springs for their chassis kit or just the yellows?

I think they're losi's.
