Not too shabby buddy. I do have some TRF511 trays that i think will line up on one hole of the YZ10 battery posts, may do some tinkering come the time, but I'm sure i read B44 trays fit very well too?

If B44 trays fit, then I'm not sure how. I just got a B44 tray for one of my CAT 2000s and I tried fitting it on the YZ10. I was not able to get it to fit. At least for the left hand side, the motor mount and the center post get in the way and so you cannot use the full size of the B44 tray. If you do the C-shape and U-shape approach I took with that tray, then you can probably get it in there...

Just spent the last painful, burnt fingered hours making 18 bumpers, all drllied, countersunk, and bent.
Just need to round edges, and polish in, and they will be put in the BST in a new thread as advised by Todd.
Dont PM me now, there not ready, but more tomorrow, promised you guys id get to them, oh and no big multiple orders, i want all the lads here to get a look in, as after a few more to make up, thats it, my fingers cant take it lol!
More in the AM!

You might want to check into whether Airtronics made a 40 MHz AM module for the Exzes.

Painted myself a new shell for racing, and started on fitting the lipo packs. Ive used lipo locators, and filed a tad of the front posts, so i can keep it neat and as original as can be, just need to raise the posts now on spacers and were set. I ve added some ballast, but i think ill need more as i go, 20g at the cell/centre line, and 10g in the front, just need to get more steering.

That's pretty interesting. Could you show some pics of the lipo "tray" assembly without the batteries installed?
