Nice! Ready made kits to mount 2.2 wheels! My only gripe is they are black!

Could the sprint car and Ford and Toyota truck bodies be coming next?

I find it hard to believe that the price of the chassis reflects the cost of manufacturing. I think it has more to do with current market value.

Everything has to do with current market value, but I'd say the price is roughly equal to cost of a chassis 15 years ago, plus inflation and accounting for the cost of new tooling, which is very high. I don't think they are monitoring eBay and adjust the price based on recent auctions. Quality aluminum is not cheap, and even simple aluminum plate chassis for other vehicles are pretty expensive. Plus it is pre-release pricing, which is always higher than the eventual price. It will come down in a few months.

All parts show a retail price and off that the worst dealers get 40% off, the good ones....more. You will see the higher priced items sell at a large discount, I bet you'll see about 30%+ off that retail price online.

Joey -

Ah, they finally posted the manual as well. Got this baby added. I will also be ordering some rubber seal versions of these bearings in the future.
