The first chassis i started or restarted this project was in the mid 90s or so started with an rc10 then i tried to graph in parts from TX1 I had around. set it aside the did a build i didn't like how it was going. some stuff i wanted to do diff was wider chassis move cage forward of rear tower and shortn wb. well thats how this new chassis is going. Im much happier with buildn a new platform for this sprinter.

Bit more hackn and grinding and im to this point im much happier with the sprinter now. had an old body from a gas sprinter i did years ago and the pieces fit nice for a mock up.ImageImageImageImageImage[/img][/img][/img][/img][/img]

won't the motor and spur be harder to fit now the cage is advanced?

I'm happy to see I'm not the only one starting back over when the result turns out not be what I want halfway a build

Very very nice handcrafting skills involved there, kudoz mate! But where in the world did you find those alloy a-arms? I have never ever seen those, custom, one-off?

Sliding the cage foreward didn't do much. its still tight fit. the other problem was the width. I spaced out the cage then dipped sections in boiling water to soften plastic to widen out her back side  . now the motor will sit down and not tweak the cage and distort the back section. the worst part about messn up parts on your project is its usually by only a small measurement ( your little voice is askn are you sure thats the size you want to cut that at.) well of course your not listening your thinkn about your buggy, truck, crawler, and even that SC10t your building right next it on the counter :D
