I did buy 2....I'm gonna part one out, see how it does. 1 Red, 1 Black. Not sure on the color I will keep. Even at 205$ it's still pricy for a 1/18th I think....I'm sure the price point is higher as it shares little parts with other losi vehicles they already had.

I was gonna keep a Mini LST2 I had sitting here, but not too practical for inside the house, as it is pretty fast. I was thinking I could gear it way down to make it into a crawler of sorts, but it really does not have the suspension.

However it is 65$ cheaper than the mini crawler......and they make 9T pinions to swap out with the 20x size it has on it now.....

I was looking at the Duratrax 1/14th Cliff Climber as well, and also found the 1.9 rules.....and it really can't run in a 1.9 class, due to the dual steering, dual motors.....so why bother? Unless it was 'just for a fun' truck?

I don't plan on competing, but I don't think I would get something that was not able to in the future either.....as who knows what I might do....

Got my crawlers today....can't get over how cool they are.....even for 1/18th scale.

I'm dying to know if they can make it up stairs...

The Mini Crawlers came with a nice backround in the box.....I decided to put it to use for my Leopard Gecko cage...
