Plenty of pics of other Hirobo models here
One of the most collectable buggies is the Hirobo Jealousy - they only made 300 kits, 3/4s of them were sold in Japan.

And some detail drivetrain photos

A mid motor conversion was a popular modification, over here they were converting the original B44s to mid motor.

I just finished mine of tonight.
it's a little different as all in Black, and no driver yet, and maybe never fluro....
I love it.
and I do have a few spare parts, all listed on the for sale page right now.

Great to see another Zerda up here Stu! :D
....as for my mate the 'fluro' driver...well lets just say that at the end of a late night and a couple of beers with the guys from our recent vintage meet I decided to paint up what was then my clear driver figure. After asking what colours to paint the guy Darryn (retro r/c) piped up and gave me the colour scheme that would then transform this little guy into a 'raving-gay homo'. Despite the guys appearance I am sure he isnt 'gay' or a 'rave nut',just someone who got his colours all mixed up-(ie: not sexual orrientation)

Nothing wrong with his "stylin colour scheme" - He's a "cage" dancer I tell you.

I have a couple of yellow roll cages, NIP, for the Zerda. I was told they are really rare (I wouldn't know for sure, I know nothing about Hirobo). I think I know exactly where the are..... in my Hirobo box in the front of my storage unit.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Hey guys,

Here's some updated pics of my Zerda that I'll be running at Ryde this weekend.
I have just added a Schumacher slipper clutch made possible by adding a custom layshaft, made by Bugle.
This should allow for the extra power from the 13,5 Trinity brushless motor.

That's looking good!
Now, make sure you paint the driver well in time: you don't want to have it rivaling the last-minute paintjob Jason did on his ;)
