So what the opinion of a Reedy Radon 30K rpm motor, which is in my wife's buggy and the stock AE motor in a gold pan for bashing around? Wife's buggy is a Duratrax evader pro with quite a few PO upgrades, I am still finding stuff he upgraded. Although she busted the rear shock tower mount today when she flipped it after a jump. Having issues finding one since its an older Evader. Mike

The 24 means 24 degrees advanced. This may be a longshot but if you have the motor hooked up wrong polarity wise the motor will surely heat up. If the armature is difficult to turn by hand this says that either the bearings are not aligned or there is something rubbing that is hampering the rotation of the armature. I do not know if you can rotate the end bell 180 degrees or not, this also might help.
