Interestingly enough, Traxxas made a buggy a while back, and im not sure it did that well in sales. I know there is one 4sale at the LHS. I like the looks of the HPI MUCH better!

Great fun with their unique sound, and they jump really well. But in a race against a standard one my Ultima (with a 13 turn motor in it  ) was faster.

What she lacks in speed though she makes up for in style and all out brutishism.

Please tell me he did not say "getter done" at the end of that intro

I am so tired of hearing that. But anyway, drop one of them puppies in there with a hot pipe and big bore carb. She'll be mad hatter rippen' then. Getter...(cough cough)...I mean, cool beans.

Mine has already been upgraded to a 29cc chung yang motor and it rips. I think in a small tight track, an easily maneuverable buggy can out wit this beast but get it on a bigger track and that little ultima is going to get dusted

Well if you like these big buggies and vintage you should check out the stuff Yankee made back inthe 80's and 90's.
But I do agree the 5B is the best-looking sofar.
Same designer as the little ultima for those who have missed the resemblance by the way.

back in the day, a guy bought a jaco rabbit from the shop I worked at. It was really cool but no where near the performance that these 5b's have.

Horse power is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves when you hit it.
