I'm not sure. My uncle bought this 10l and some other cars second hand in the early 90's and dont think he had a body for it. But right now it is wearing a Nissan GTP body that I bought.

You can see a glimps of it in this pic. Again sorry about all of the weird pics. Just making due with what I have on the computer since I lent out my camera and haven't gotten it back lol

+1, its built awesome, whoever had it took their time, the aluminum screws, and the layout! Are those Trinity Sanyos under the tape. Just the right amount of optional parts, not overboard. If you should get a pic of the body, post it if possible. Andy from Andy's is working on bodies again and his stuff was awesome - I am wondering if it may be one of his older bodies. Great Find!

I'm not excatly sure if my uncle built it how it currently sits or if the person he bought it from did it. The batteries are reedy matched sanyo's. I will post more pic's, thanks for the reminder.

That's an Associated Nissan GTP-ZX...

looks like the rig was doing damage with that setup. no surprise that he used those electronics. joel johnson and number of other drivers used them with great success. i even had novak transform my m5 to 3 power wires. loved it.

Cool to see that this 10L must have been really trick back in the day(it still is).

The front springs are silver.

And I believe the motor has a white dot with an "M".

Not really sure...maybe just give it a good cleaning, buy new tires, maybe even find some nice sees or technacraft rims . But other wise I am going to keep it how it is...why change it.

exactly. keeping it the way it is, is the way to go.

Just checked a rc car action magazine from 94'. With the M code it would make the motor a 13turn double.

What material was the rear axle on a stock 10l made out of? The one on the car is black and has a fiberglass/plastic feel/sound.
