the thinning will definetly solve your "latexy" problem then with the paint, you can dry the paint with a hair dryer and such to quicken drying times, just thin it to get a more even "lighter" coat and the latexy issue will go away.
I could write a 10 page manual now about faskolor paints and all the tips and tricks associated with getting them to spray properly, they are nice cause they clean eays, but man are they hard to spray and setup properly without extensive research. try and 60%paint and 40% straight windex thin on most paints, on thicker paints, use the alcohol in the mix, thats what i find
