Vintage race for the West Coast...Montclair CA

Post by JK Racing »

I spoke with the organizer today, THE DATE WILL BE PUSHED BACK. He is talking March, trying to organize a sidewalk sale also from the shop (Pegasus Hobbies) also. I am sure they will build a Vintage friendly track. I suggested the same rules as the VONATS and they were incorporated.

Take a look at the flyer and lets get this thing rockin'!!!

I am planning on a XX4 and a JRX series car. Both brushless and lipo'd up.

edit: okay, let me figure out how to post the flyer, I cant upload a .pdf?

Scr8p...awesome, thank you.

DATE IS TENTATIVE, I cant stress this enough. Last discussion, he was moving it to March.

I plan on a Losi (JRX2 or Pro SE) for the upto '94 class, running 17.5 & Lipo, and XX4 for the over '94 class, Mamba or 6.5 GTB & Lipo.

XX4 is ready to rock, I am still building up the other car.

Gotta Get the SE squared away for the 85-94 4WD class. Too bad it's not 85-90...

Dang it, why didn't I see this before the vacation book went through my hands at work?!?!?

When do you guys hit the track? Do you both do it together frequently? (homo-erotic interpretation unintentional)

I think I saw a sign saying $7. I know they stay open late on Wed for practice, like 11 pm.

I've really got to get my butt in gear and have a buggy ready (vintage). I need to pick up a 17.5 and play with gearing.
