Well, this guy was pretty well hidden and cheap. Dirty as usual. 1985-ish Delta Super Phaser. Got it knocked to bits getting a little clean-up. I think the body is an IMSA Celica. Jay?

I don't recall anyone making a Celica body, but it could be possible. I would need to see the front grille area to get a better idea of what it is and could be. By the side view it doesn't pop out at me.

And the car after correcting some butcher hardware issues and a little clean up. The chassis is pretty thrashed. I was pleased that the Trinity motor from my The Fox resto was an '85 Kyosho based setup, so it got a new home here.

Geoff, I honestly think that is the Associated Chevy Berretta body, which was my first thought when I saw the pics. I have one in 1/10 and it looks almost the same. It was modeled after the following:
