I had a couple of NIB IRS200's (for the RC10) before. Needless to say I opened them.
I wish I had some of those rear universal axles for the MIP4x's though.....

I found a example on Tamiya Club of a MIP 400. I thought it was for the RC10 but I might be wrong ( I think I should have posted it in the non Rc10 section) it looks like a SRB part to me. and the IRS 400 kit is the rear trailing arms with the drive axles included. Pretty awesome stuff!

Bill, that one you posted is listed as a 4x400 which is the 4wd kit.
Yours is the IRS400 for the SRB and includes the metric 3 piece axles and bearing holders.
The IRS200 is the RC10 version and has no axles (as you use RC10 equipment) and imperial bearing holders.
I have a few sets of metric bearing cups but no axles, they are quite rare. I have some bits of them but might make the rest
