another I.D - IRS trailing arms?

another I.D - IRS trailing arms?
Can somebody ID these trailing arms? Stupid question, let me rephrase that...Can you please school ME on these trailing arms?
They appear NIP and dont have a packaging ID card or anything to identify it. The paperwork looks like its been photocopied a hundred times but is probably the original. The only thing i can identify them as is IRS. They're arma are aluminum and the hardware looks like spme type of nylon maybe.
